1 General Provisions

pk65 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legally binding agreement between pk65 and the user.

pk65 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Amended terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly.

These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To create an account on the pk65 platform and take part in any gaming or betting activity, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a resident of a legal jurisdiction where online gaming activities are not prohibited.
• You must have a valid pk65 account in your own name — betting on third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.

If any information related to age or identity is found to be false, pk65 has the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances held in that account.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Having more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. pk65 will never ask for your password via email, phone or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk65 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

pk65 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed — the payment account must be in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply for processing withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at pk65 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount is double the deposit, but will not exceed ৳20,000 in any case.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: ৳22,000 deposit → bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are time-limited and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, pk65 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

9 Responsible Gaming
